The Fresh Site For Good Culture
Click
Click Culture needed a sophisticated digital presence that would reflect their innovative approach to organizational culture development through behavioral science. We created a modern, interaction-focused website that positions them as thought leaders in the HR and culture consulting space.

The Challenges
Positioning against traditional consulting
Click Culture needed to stand apart from the usual “bullsh*t consulting.” Our solution: a design system that speaks plainly, looks sharp, and moves with purpose. Honest, results-first messaging replaces the buzzwords, while traditional web foundations are brought to life with bold, playful motion & illustration.
Building credibility
For a consultancy challenging industry norms, trust was paramount. We put the impressive client testimonials right up front and weaved throughout the site, using a continuous scroll feature that keeps the extensive social proof visible throughout the user journey.
Complex multi-faceted services
Behavioral science can be abstract. We designed interactive elements and clear visual hierarchies that break down their methodology into digestible, compelling segments that resonate with HR and L&D leaders.
Our Design System
At the heart of the design, we developed a comprehensive custom illustration system that brings behavioral science concepts to life through playful visual storytelling. These illustrations serve as a visual language that makes abstract consulting methodologies tangible and memorable. We paired this with animations that guide users through complex ideas, transforming dry consulting concepts into dynamic 'a-ha!' moments.

Our animation strategy includes both macro and micro-interactions. Scroll-triggered animations reveal information progressively, controlling the pace of content delivery while keeping users engaged, while subtle micro-animations throughout the UI add personality without compromising the site's professional tone.
